Wednesday, June 3, was one of the most important days on the Arctic Wolf calendar: Channel Day.
Channel Day is a day dedicated to celebrating our channel partner community. On this day, we spend time with our partners, equip them with new tools and resources to drive demand, and give them a sneak peek of our plans so that they (and in turn, Arctic Wolf) can be successful together in the coming year.
Since our inception, our channel partners have always been at the core of our go-to-market strategy, but last year we went all-in and became a 100% channel company. As the market leader in Security Operations, our channel community is crucial to helping us deliver unprecedented security outcomes for our mutual customers.
Over the past year, Arctic Wolf has invested in growing its channel team to support partners, as well as providing go-to-market demand support, creating an on-demand training curriculum, launching a new engagement model, and building a dedicated MSP team.
In November of 2019, Arctic Wolf was named the 25th fastest growing company in North America as part of Deloitte’s 2019 Technology Fast 500™ list, and there is no doubt our channel partners played a crucial role in this recognition. Last calendar year, our network of channel partners helped us grow our customer base by over 130%, and more importantly, they were responsible for sourcing a significant majority of those new customer wins for us.
With COVID-19 creating a new work from home reality for both our channel partners and us, this year’s Channel Day was a little different. Not only was it virtual, but it was also much bigger because, over the past year, we’ve more than doubled our channel partner community and the in-house Arctic Wolf team that supports them.
The highlight of Channel Day for us is recognizing our top-performing partners with The Arctic Wolf Partner of the Year Awards. These awards are a way to honor partners for their achievements in helping their customers improve their security operations through the use of Arctic Wolf solutions and for their contributions towards Arctic Wolf, achieving its business goals.
