Summary of Changes to Arctic Wolf Service Warranty Terms – May 1, 2022

We have updated the Subscriber Terms for the Arctic Wolf Security Operations Warranty (“Service Warranty”). A summary of the most notable changes to the following documents is as follows:

• We have changed the name of this benefit from Service Assurance to Arctic Wolf Security Operations Warranty;
• Additional services will be provided by our third party service provider to enhance the benefit offered to you;
• We require that you have made commercially reasonable efforts to implement back ups of your data in the event of a Ransomware Event; and
• Throughout the Subscriber Terms, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.

The Subscriber Terms is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs the Service Warranty benefit. If you do not agree to any of the referenced modifications to the Subscriber Terms, you may terminate your enrollment by contacting warranty@arcticwolf.com within ten (10) days of receipt of this notification.
