Summary of Changes to Arctic Wolf Terms – February 1, 2022

This notification provides you with a summary of the most notable changes to the following documents:

• Solutions Agreement (“SA”);
• Solutions Terms -Managed Security Awareness;
• Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”); and
• Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”).

The Solutions Agreement is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs your use of Arctic Wolf’s solutions. It includes, by reference, our URL terms, which include the Solutions Terms, DPA and Privacy Notice. The updates to the Solutions Agreement and the URL terms described herein will take effect in accordance with the current terms governing your existing subscription. If you continue to use our solutions on or after their effective date, or such other date set forth in your agreement with us, you are agreeing to the updated terms.

Solutions Agreement Updates:

• We have added solutions and related features and functionalities. We have made changes to clarify the components of each such solution and the grant of license related to each such component.
• We have clarified that you are responsible for returning Equipment to Arctic Wolf upon discontinuance of use or upon termination of the Agreement.
• With the deployment of virtual Equipment, we clarified that our customers need to implement appropriate security controls to protect such Equipment.
• As a global solutions provider, we have made corresponding changes to global anti-corruption and trade control requirements.
• Throughout the SA, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, cross-references, and similar issues.

Solutions Terms – Managed Security Awareness:

• With respect to Managed Security Awareness, further information has been added to reflect new content and capabilities.
• To the extent you subscribe to the Managed Security Awareness Solution and your terms do not contain terms related to such use, we’ve added applicable terms to the Solutions Terms.
• Throughout the Solutions Terms, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, cross-references, and similar issues.

Data Processing Addendum:

• We have added the contact information for our data representatives in the UK and EU and made corrections to the Data Exporter and Data Importer language within Annex I.

Privacy Notice:

• We have added the contact information for our data representatives in the UK and EU.
