About the Award:
To determine honorees, the Business Journals sought nominations from companies in the Twin Cities and San Antonio regions. Its research partner, Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, then distributed surveys to all Minnesota- and Texas-based employees of those nominated companies, asking participants to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication and more. Quantum tabulated the scores from those confidential surveys to identify honorees.
