As President and CEO of Arctic Wolf, Nick Schneider brings more than 15 years of experience in building global, high-growth technology companies spanning both emerging and established markets. As a veteran in the security industry, Nick has developed expertise in creating best-of-breed technology platforms and world-class sales organizations, which have been the driving force behind Arctic Wolf's explosive growth and leadership position in the security operations market.

Before being named CEO, Nick served as Arctic Wolf's President and Chief Revenue Officer, where he helped lead the company to eight consecutive years of 100% sales growth, spearheaded the company's international expansion, and oversaw Arctic Wolf's transition to a 100% channel go-to-market model.

Prior to Arctic Wolf, Nick served as the Vice President of North American Sales for Code42, an industry-leading endpoint data protection company. Before Code42, Nick led high-performing sales teams at Compellent Technologies, where he helped the company grow to a successful IPO and eventual acquisition by Dell. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Duke University in public policy and economics.

Dan Schiappa is Arctic Wolf's President, Technology and Services. In this role, Dan is responsible for driving innovation across product, engineering, alliances, and business development teams to help meet demand for security operations through Arctic Wolf's growing customer base—especially in the enterprise sector.

Before joining Arctic Wolf, Dan was CPO with Sophos, managing overall strategy, product management, architecture, research and development, and product quality for the network security, end user security, and Sophos Central groups. Previously, Dan served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Identity and Data Protection Group at RSA, the Security Division of EMC. At RSA, Dan managed a business unit with responsibility for authentication, identity management, anti-fraud, encryption, and data center operations.

Before his tenure at RSA, he held several GM positions at Microsoft Corporation, including Windows security, Microsoft Passport/Live ID, and Mobile Services. Dan was the key business leader for Microsoft's BitLocker and Rights Management services. Prior to Microsoft, Dan was the CEO of Vingage Corporation, a video server provider acquired by L3 Mobile-Vision, and was an executive at PictureVision, an online digital imaging company acquired by Kodak. Dan also held senior technical roles at Informix Software and Oracle Corporation.

Adam Marrè is the Chief Information Security Officer at Arctic Wolf. Prior to joining Arctic Wolf, Adam was the Global Head of Information Security Operations and Physical Security at Qualtrics. With deep roots in the cybersecurity space, Adam spent almost 12 years with the FBI, holding positions like SWAT Senior Team Leader and Special Agent.

Dan Larson is Arctic Wolf’s CMO, overseeing corporate marketing, brand, communications, technical marketing, demand generation, enablement, product marketing, and marketing technology. His background includes 15 years of sales, product, and marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of building powerful technology brands by establishing best-in-class market positioning, competitive differentiation, and product messaging.

Prior to joining Arctic Wolf, Dan served as the Vice President of Product Marketing at CrowdStrike, where he led a global product marketing team and was responsible for go-to-market strategy, messaging, technical marketing, and competitive intelligence. Before CrowdStrike, Dan served seven years as Director of Technical Marketing with McAfee/Intel Security. He began his career with General Electric in the Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chris Kraft serves as Chief Product Officer at Arctic Wolf, where he drives the strategic direction of the company's product portfolio and roadmap. He leads cross-functional teams that are expanding the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform with innovative capabilities designed to improve detection, accelerate response, and simplify operations for customers around the globe.

A veteran cybersecurity product executive with more than 25 years of experience, Chris has built and scaled security products used by hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. Before joining Arctic Wolf, he held senior product roles at Sophos, VeriSign, and Signio. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.

Lane Roush has led the Arctic Wolf Sales Engineering organization since 2016. Lane brings 20+ years of IT and security experience to the team and has been a driving force in our sales, enablement, product, channel and go to market strategy.

Before joining Arctic Wolf, Lane was a Principal Architect in Sales Engineering at Code42 where he supported large enterprise customers and helped identify and build the multitude of security go to market use cases that became a new solution offering. He also held Sales Engineering roles at EMC focused on large enterprise customers across many verticals. He began his career as an IT and security practitioner for organizations in Healthcare, Energy, and Real Estate.

As Chief Development Officer at Arctic Wolf, Jeff Green leads the company's global Research and Engineering organization. He is responsible for building the resilient, scalable infrastructure that powers the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform and the company's AI-driven Security Operations Center (SOC), enabling organizations to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. With over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software development, Jeff has held senior engineering roles at Sophos, Pulse Secure, Juniper Networks, McAfee, Dr. Solomon's, and Clearswift. He helped pioneer the industry's first cloud-based antivirus platform and played a key role in the response to early global threats like the Melissa virus. Jeff holds more than 20 patents and a degree in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia in the UK.

Christopher Fielder has been in the cybersecurity world for 25+ years with experience ranging from military, government, and corporate environments. Christopher holds 18 industry certifications including the CISSP, GPEN, GISP, GCFE, GSEC, GCIH, CEH, and more; along with a Master's Degree in Information Security. Today he is the Director of Product Marketing for Arctic Wolf where he enjoys researching emerging security trends and highlighting the expertise of the Arctic Wolf team.

Lisa Tetrault is Senior Vice President, Security Services at Arctic Wolf. In her current role, Lisa is responsible for spearheading external and internal initiatives run by Arctic Wolf's SOC team. With over two decades of experience in the cybersecurity and enterprise technology industry, Lisa has worked for powerhouse companies like IBM and Blackberry. In her spare time, Lisa also volunteers her efforts towards groups like siberX and WiCyS to help mentor the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Ismael Valenzuela is the Vice President, Threat Intelligence Research at Arctic Wolf, where he leads advanced research focused on tracking adversaries, uncovering emerging threats, and helping organizations build proactive, defensible security strategies. With 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, Ismael is also a Senior Instructor and the author of SEC530: Defensible Security Architecture and Engineering at the SANS Institute, where he has trained thousands of security professionals globally. In 2025, Ismael also serves as a co-chair of a new advisory panel under the international Counter Ransomware Initiative (CRI), focused on enhancing public-private collaboration to combat ransomware through intelligence sharing, joint disruption efforts, and policy innovation.

Kerri Shafer-Page serves as the Vice President of Digital Forensics and Incident Response at Arctic Wolf. A proven leader in threat identification, IT security and data privacy incident response and mitigation, Kerri has served in leadership roles at IBM and AIG, overseeing incident response and cybersecurity claims. At Arctic Wolf, Kerri is responsible for the execution of a leading incident response team showcasing threat actor communication and negotiation, digital forensics and remediation and recovery.

Dr. Sebastian Schmerl leads Arctic Wolf® Security Services technology strategy and operations across EMEA, blending regional oversight with global product vision. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in security engineering, threat detection, and AI-driven security operations across IT, OT, and cloud environments, and has designed and built enterprise security operations centers (SOCs) for global automotive, manufacturing, financial services, and pharmaceutical organizations. Known for pragmatic, AI-enabled solutions that reduce cyber risk and accelerate incident response, he is a vocal advocate for the role of AI in transforming security operations and strengthening organizational cyber resilience.

Sebastian earned his doctorate with distinction in reactive IT security from Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus and holds CISM and CISA certifications. He serves on the EU/ENISA Working Group on Security Operation Centres and in the SIDAR board, the Computer Science Society special interest group on security incident detection and control.

Carl Adasa is currently the Vice President of Security Operations (SOC) at Arctic Wolf, leading the global SOC teams in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. With 20 years in IT and cybersecurity, he has built and led high‑performing SOCs, engineering, threat programs, and incident response teams throughout his career. His experience includes leading teams through major breach events and complex security incidents while driving operational excellence at scale. At Arctic Wolf, Carl is part of the leadership team leading the transformation to Agentic Security Operations.

Mark Thomas builds, directs and matures the operations of Arctic Wolf's Security Services across Asia Pacific. He has a proven 25-year track record successfully delivering Managed Security Services, Advisory Consulting and Professional Security Services to Enterprise and SMBs. He is known for establishing pragmatic, risk minimisation strategies and solutions in reducing business loss, protecting brand reputation, and enabling cyber resilience. Mark has overseen significant business transformation, growth and scale-up initiatives, established people-focused performance, maximised client outcomes and delivered ongoing corporate value. Mark has held multiple global leadership roles for and within Fortune 100 - 500 companies in Systems Integrators, Telecommunications, and MSSP/MDR providers driving Cyber Go to Market Strategy, mission-critical SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response across geographically diverse environments. Mark holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Sydney, and graduated through the Leading in a Digital World program from IE Business School, Spain in 2018. He has earned CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CCSK, GCIH, and GSNA certifications, and industry recognition at the ARN Innovation Awards (2023, 2024, 2025) and finalist at the Cyber Daily Awards for Australian Cyber Professional of the Year – Technology (2026). Warren is a Senior Director of Product Marketing at Arctic Wolf, where he focuses on the evolving cybersecurity landscape and the strategies organizations need to reduce risk. He helps security leaders connect emerging threats, operational challenges, and business priorities to build stronger cyber resilience.

His perspective is shaped by work across cybersecurity and high-growth technology. Warren is especially focused on next-generation approaches that make complex security challenges easier to understand, prioritize, and act on.

Justin Moore is Director of Adversary Research at Arctic Wolf leading global threat intelligence initiatives. A veteran of the US intelligence community, he brings nearly two decades of experience spanning cybersecurity and national security. Before joining Arctic Wolf, Justin held leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks' Unit 42 and TikTok U.S. Data Security.

He spent nearly eight years at Mandiant, specializing in the attribution of advanced persistent threats, following almost a decade in clandestine operations and supporting special operations missions worldwide.

Rachel Scobey is a Technical Marketing Director at Arctic Wolf. With over 20 years of experience in software and cybersecurity industries, she has a background in account management, sales engineering, technical support and marketing.

Mike McCleary is Director of Product Marketing at Arctic Wolf, where he helps organizations understand and navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape. He combines expertise in endpoint security, managed detection and response (MDR), security operations, and digital forensics with a passion for storytelling, bridging the gap between product innovation and what security leaders need to know.

Got his start in IT in 1984 after his father brought home their first PC running MS-DOS. Since that time computers have always been a part of the equation. Getting paid to work around computers and specifically in networking started in 2010. In 2011, he moved to the Bay Area to be a sales engineer at a small company that sold network taps and packet inspection appliances.

From there he took his first cyber security specific role at McAfee in technical marketing, building 'attack and defend' demos for the sales organization and the Executive Briefing Center. After McAfee, Peter took a role at an up-and-coming startup named "CrowdStrike" building a library of demos and presenting at different events.

In addition to building interactive demos and creating videos, another part of Peter's role is a "cyber evangelist," speaking at trade shows and other security events.

As a global advisor to cybersecurity leaders on technology stack strategy, Shannon brings nearly a decade of experience across enterprise, consumer, and cybersecurity technology sectors, with particular focus on the role of security in business and the workforce of the future.
