Many organizations find themselves in a state of chaos and transition, as weaknesses resulting from COVID19-forced infrastructure changes remain unresolved. And many IT security professionals face a variety of challenges if they expect to defend their organizations against ransomware and other cyber attacks.
Research from the CyberRisk Alliance and Arctic Wolf reveals that even as businesses take all the right steps to strengthen their cybersecurity—train employees, invest in technology, and engage third-party experts—they still don’t achieve the desired outcomes.
The State of Global Security Operations report highlights the extent of these troubles despite the significant time, money and other resources devoted to cybersecurity. It also details the next phase of maturation, which is to bring these efforts together under a security operations approach that can guide and advance key organizational objectives.
The report is based on the findings of an online survey conducted in July and August 2021 among 314 IT and cybersecurity decision makers (65%) and influencers (35%). Respondents included C-level executives, vice presidents, directors, and managers in North America and Europe, specifically in the United Kingdom and DACH, Nordic and Benelux regions.
Read the report to discover detailed information and key takeaways on the major challenges organizations currently face—and how your organization can address them and boost its security posture.
