Beyond Triage: How the Aurora Agentic SOC Enhances the Concierge Experience

Explore how the Aurora Agentic SOC uses customer context, automation, and AI-powered insights to improve security recommendations, investigations, and strategic guidance.

A lot of the current conversation about agentic SOCs is about triage. Faster detection, faster investigation, alerts resolved in minutes instead of hours. When we set out to build the Aurora® Agentic SOC, we didn’t just want to make triage faster. We fundamentally re-engineered our SOC to strengthen every job it does, and enhancing the Concierge Experience™ for our customers was a key part of that.

Arctic Wolf’s SOC, both before and after the Aurora Agentic SOC era, has always centered on two complementary teams. The Triage Security Team investigates and responds to alerts around the clock, containing threats in real time. The Concierge Security Team, and the Concierge Experience they help deliver, focuses on the proactive side of cybersecurity, giving customers a dedicated team that knows their environment and provides guidance to help strengthen their security posture.

Ask customers why they chose Arctic Wolf, and why they stay, and you’ll always get a variety of answers, but the Concierge Experience consistently appears near the top of both lists. That isn’t a coincidence. It comes from a relationship built over time. A deep understanding of each customer’s business. The ability to act as an extension of their team rather than a vendor operating at a distance. The best version of that relationship still depends on people, as AI’s role is to clear the administrative work out of their way so they can spend that time on customers instead.

Our Concierge Security Team is in constant communication with customers, learning about changes that shape their environment: a leadership transition, a new facility, a product launch, or an acquisition. Along the way, they learn which systems and users are truly critical to the business, and which only appear that way on paper.

In a single word, that relationship is built on context.

Context is understanding what matters to a specific customer. It allows analysts and the Aurora Agentic SOC to distinguish activity that is normal for one organization from activity that would be unusual for another. It’s one reason Aurora MDR customers, on average, receive less than one alert per day. Not because alerts are filtered away, but because investigations are informed by an understanding of what is actually meaningful for that customer.

Building context that detailed isn’t easy. When we built the Aurora Agentic SOC, we took the opportunity to embed customer context even deeper into the Concierge Experience. Through the Aurora Agentic SOC, Arctic Wolf uses AI in four distinct ways to help customers and Concierge Security Teams spend less time on administration and more time focused on what matters most: building a resilient business in the age of AI.

How AI Helps Concierge Security Teams Focus on What Matters Most

1. Research Before All Touchpoints

Customer profile, history, and recent activity in one view.

Ahead of a customer touchpoint, the Aurora Agentic SOC assembles the context an analyst needs. What’s changed since the last conversation? Which action items remain open? What surfaced in the most recent SPiDR review? Any recent alerts or investigations that may be relevant to the discussion?

Instead of spending the first few minutes of a meeting rebuilding context, analysts start informed and prepared. The conversation begins with decisions rather than a recap.

2. Context Captured During the Call

Live transcripts surfaced with questions and action items.

Live transcription surfaces questions and action items as they come up, helping ensure important details aren’t lost after the conversation ends.

The more important capability is what happens to business context shared during the discussion. That context doesn’t remain buried in meeting notes. It becomes structured context connected to the customer’s environment and available to future investigations and recommendations.

When a related alert appears weeks later, analysts and the Aurora Agentic SOC have more than a transcript to reference. They have context that helps explain why the activity matters.

3. Follow-Through After the Call

Meeting outcomes automatically captured and organized.

Decisions and action items are automatically captured and routed when a meeting concludes, for both Arctic Wolf teams and customer stakeholders.

This is especially valuable during SPiDR reviews, where recommendations often require action over time. Automated follow-ups help keep that work moving, highlight overdue items, and create accountability around agreed-upon next steps.

Instead of recommendations becoming another list to revisit later, progress remains visible and measurable.

4. Guidance Built on Scale

Risk assessments and recommendations tailored to each customer.

Customer context is powerful on its own. The Aurora Agentic SOC makes it even more valuable.

The Aurora Agentic SOC combines customer-specific context with insights derived from Arctic Wolf’s broad security operations experience, helping Concierge Security Teams identify emerging trends, common gaps, and the security improvements that deliver meaningful impact for the customers they serve. The result is guidance that is both highly personalized and informed by a much broader view of real-world security operations.

Reviews become more strategic, helping customers understand where they stand, where risk remains, and where to focus next.

Call it a feedback loop. Every interaction makes the Aurora Agentic SOC more informed about a customer’s business. The context gathered before, during, and after each conversation carries forward, improving the relevance of future recommendations and helping the SOC distinguish normal activity from potential threats more quickly.

Over time, that knowledge compounds. The Aurora Agentic SOC experience becomes increasingly specific to each customer, strengthening recommendations, accelerating investigations, and helping analysts make decisions with greater confidence. The result is a Concierge Experience that grows more valuable over time, helping customers make better security decisions faster and build a more resilient business.
