This is why we’re happy to announce that the Arctic Wolf Agent—our unified endpoint technology—now supports Linux environments for our Managed Risk solution. This release extends the capabilities of the Managed Risk solution into Linux endpoints to dynamically classify and categorize inventory, scan for host-based vulnerabilities, and identify system misconfigurations that could leave the door open for attackers.
This new capability of the Arctic Wolf Agent is available now with the Managed Risk solution, with support for the most popular Linux distributions, including:
- Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04
- Red Hat 7 and 8
- CentOS 7 and 8
This is the next phase along the path of introducing continuous enhancements to the Arctic Wolf Platform that includes enhanced monitoring and threat detection capabilities, endpoint threat detection, vulnerability assessment, security controls benchmarking, actionable insight, and more.
