Arctic Wolf Closes Record-breaking Series F with New and Existing Investors to Accelerate Explosive Growth

Today, I am proud to announce that our vision to end cyber risk has been backed by top tier investors, including Viking Global Investors, Owl Rock, a division of Blue Owl Capital and others in our Series F funding round of $150 million. Following this round, the company has achieved a valuation of $4.3 billion. 

This milestone not only validates the massive market opportunity ahead of Arctic Wolf, but also underscores our unique ability to execute, innovate, and dominate as a category leader that truly solves the acute cybersecurity challenges facing businesses today.  

Based on my 30 years of leadership experience in the IT and cybersecurity spheres, I recognize that our industry has an effectiveness problem—security companies constantly build solutions that are often disparate and ineffective, ultimately leaving organizations vulnerable to attacks. Companies continually increase their security budgets and add more tools and technologies, but ultimately this approach doesn’t reduce their cyber risk.  

We founded Arctic Wolf nine years ago with a vision to change this paradigm. Since then, we have constantly set the leadership bar for Security Operations—combining best-in-class technology with human expertise and delivering it in a way that addresses day-to-day security needs while also ensuring that customers’ overall security postures get stronger over time. This approach actually reduces the likelihood and impact of a breach and can bring an end to cyber risk.  

With our latest funding round, I’m proud to say that we’re seeing this mission come to life more and more each day. We will continue building a highly-scalable, cloud-native Security Operations platform to deliver unparalleled speed, capacity, effectiveness, and protection. It will help us bring an end to cyber risk—a mission that continues to be this company’s North Star.
