Summary of Changes to Partner Agreement

Last Updated Date:
May 1, 2021
We have provided a summary of the most notable changes to the Partner Agreement (formerly referred to as Master Partner Agreement) (PA). This summary is not an exhaustive list. To see all the changes, please read the full Partner Agreement here.

The PA is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs your resale or delivery of managed services of the Arctic Wolf solutions. The updates to the PA will take effect in accordance with the current terms governing our existing relationship. If you continue to resell or use our solutions on or after the effective date of the updated PA, or such other date set forth in your agreement with us, you are agreeing to the updated terms.

Updates:
  • We have updated our tax provision to account for additional indirect taxes given our expansion into Europe.
  • We have removed reference to our online Information Security terms.
  • Throughout the PA, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.
If you have any questions about the changes we have made to the PA, please feel free to contact us at legal@arcticwolf.com. Thank you for being part of the Arctic Wolf Pack!
