Arctic Wolf is proud to honor our API Pack members through a series of events and activities planned by our Honoring Asian and Pacific Islanders Pack Unity Alliance. These celebrations are designed to empower Pack members to share their culture, as well as focus on mindfulness and serenity both in and out of the office through collaborative events with our Mental Health & Wellbeing Pack Unity Alliance.
Today we’re spotlighting Bianca Gorospe, Corporate Communications Manager.
What is your role at Arctic Wolf? Tell us about your favorite part of day-to-day life as a part of the Pack!
I’m a Corporate Communications Manager at Arctic Wolf. I focus on external communications initiatives like executive thought leadership, media storytelling, award submissions, and press releases.
How has your membership in Pack Unity influenced your time at Arctic Wolf?
When it comes to company culture, it’s really important to me that I can bring my authentic self to work. Pack Unity is an awesome program where I can connect with peers of the same (and even different) culture. Our API employees have a Pack Unity Slack channel and it’s been fun to learn about different holidays, see people share activities, etc.
What does API Heritage Month mean to you?
As a person of Filipino and Chinese descent, API Heritage Month is really important to me. It shines a light on the contributions the API community has made and the true impact of all these cultures. From the food, to the inspiring API leaders who are creating history, and even the trends that have impacted pop culture, it’s an exciting time.
The weekend is here! How do you wind down outside of the office?
I love to try different foods from all cuisines during the weekends! To unwind, I also love to read.
What’s your motto/mantra that you take with you every day?
When they go low, we go high.
What is one thing that you wish people knew about Arctic Wolf?
Everyone is incredibly kind and supportive of one another. The culture is something special and I feel lucky to be part of it.
