Arctic Wolf has been named to the HRC 100, earning a perfect score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. This prestigious recognition reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

The Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index serves as an agreed-upon national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees for organizations within the U.S. With more than two decades of data on year-over-year growth of the adoption of these policies, the index is indicative of employers’ commitment to equality. The implications of a 100 HRC CEI score are:

Reputation: Indicates that the organization is a leader in fostering diversity and inclusion, making it an attractive employer for LGBTQ+ talent and allies.

Competitive advantage: Enhances the organization’s ability to attract top-tier talent and partner with progressive businesses.

Employee morale: Demonstrates a commitment to equality, creating a supportive environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Customer perception: Builds goodwill with consumers who prioritize inclusivity in the brands they support.

Advocacy leadership: Positions the organization as a role model and advocate for LGBTQ+ equality in the broader community.

To achieve this milestone, we met rigorous criteria, including implementing non-discrimination policies across our operations, providing equitable benefits to LGBTQ+ employees and their families, supporting an inclusive culture through employee resource groups and training, and engaging in public commitments to LGBTQ+ equality.

At Arctic Wolf, we believe that diversity and inclusion are not just values but essential drivers of innovation and success. Achieving this recognition is a testament to the dedication of our team, and we remain steadfast in our efforts to champion equality both within our organization and in the broader business community.
