Arctic Wolf entered 2025 with momentum and a clear focus: advancing security operations in ways that deliver measurable outcomes for organizations facing an increasingly complex threat environment. As the year comes to a close, we’re building on that momentum — strengthening our platform, expanding globally, and laying the foundation for what comes next in 2026.

None of this progress would have been possible without the trust of our Partners and more than 10,000 global customers, or the dedication of our more than 3,500 Pack members around the world, whose expertise, commitment, and relentless focus on customer outcomes continue to define the culture that sets Arctic Wolf apart.

Expanding the Aurora™ Platform to Deliver Broader Security Outcomes

The most significant milestone of 2025 was the launch of Aurora Endpoint Security, expanding the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform into prevention and protection in response to the growing role endpoints play in modern threat activity. Designed to operate within a unified security operations model, Aurora Endpoint Security delivers integrated visibility, detection, and response — while preserving Arctic Wolf’s commitment to supporting a broad ecosystem of third-party endpoint technologies

To continue pushing the boundaries of what endpoint security can deliver, Arctic Wolf acquired UpSight Security, accelerating our roadmap with predictive, on-device AI capabilities designed to enable earlier detection and interruption of malicious behavior.

Together, these investments lay the foundation for the next evolution of operationalized endpoint security within the Aurora Platform.

Turning Platform Scale and Data Into Operational Advantage

Building on this endpoint foundation, Arctic Wolf continued to evolve the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform throughout 2025 to give customers more direct, intuitive access to their security data and faster answers to high-priority security questions. Enhancements to Arctic Wolf® Data Explorer enabled teams to create custom detections, investigate threats, and query historical security data without the complexity, constant tuning, or specialized staffing traditional SIEM tools require.

Arctic Wolf also strengthened Threat Intelligence Plus, extending access to the same high-fidelity indicators of compromise used by Arctic Wolf analysts and delivering that intelligence directly into customers’ existing tools. Together with an expanding ecosystem of integrations — including Microsoft, CyberArk, and Abnormal AI — these advances help organizations unify telemetry, streamline security workflows, and maximize the value of their existing security investments, all supported by Alpha AI, Arctic Wolf’s suite of predictive and generative AI technologies embedded across the platform.

To help customers translate these capabilities into resilience when it matters most, Arctic Wolf launched an industry-leading $3 million Security Operations Warranty for organizations deploying Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense alongside our Security Operations Bundles and introduced the Arctic Wolf Incident360 Retainer. Together, these offerings combine proactive preparation with full-scope incident response to support faster, more confident recovery from increasingly disruptive cyber incidents.

Internationally, Arctic Wolf expanded its presence across the Asia-Pacific region with the launch of operations in both Japan and Singapore in 2025. These expansions grow Arctic Wolf’s global footprint and extend access to the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform and the company’s security operations expertise to organizations across the region, reinforcing our commitment to delivering scalable, outcome-driven security worldwide. The progress we made across products, partnerships, and global expansion earned broad industry recognition throughout the year.

Arctic Wolf® Managed Detection and Response received both the CRN Product of the Year and CRN Tech Innovator awards. We were also recognized on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for the seventh consecutive year — an achievement reached by fewer than 2% of companies on the list — alongside repeat appearances on the Fortune Cyber 60, Fortune Future 50, and the Forbes Cloud 100, reflecting continued validation from across the industry.

Reimagining the SOC With AI, Agents, and Outcome-Driven Security

As we look ahead to 2026, cybersecurity will continue to be shaped by escalating threats, rapid advances in AI, and rising expectations for simplicity, automation, and measurable business outcomes.

For years, cybersecurity has been constrained by a simple reality: demand for skilled security operators has far outpaced supply. Even the most advanced platforms still require expertise many organizations don’t have. That’s what makes this moment different. The convergence of AI, agentic systems, and a mature security operations platform gives us the opportunity to fundamentally change how the SOC works by delivering expertise through technology and people. At Arctic Wolf, we believe the cybersecurity skills gap is not a permanent condition. It is a solvable problem.

The foundation for that transformation is scale, and not just scale of data, but scale of real-world experience. Our platform processes more than 10 trillion security events every week and tens of millions of investigations across thousands of customers and hundreds of telemetry sources. Layered on top of that is decades’ worth of SOC expertise captured through knowledge graphs and operational context. With Alpha AI, we are turning that combination into agentic capabilities that can reason, prioritize, and act in ways that were previously only possible with highly specialized human analysts. This is how the SOC evolves from a reactive function into an intelligent, continuously learning system.

The result is a security operations model focused on outcomes, not tools. Endpoint, detection and response, vulnerability management, and incident response are all critical capabilities, but their true value is unlocked when they operate as part of a unified, AI-powered SOC. That is the future we are building at Arctic Wolf: one where complexity is reduced, security outcomes are measurable, and organizations of any size can access world-class security operations.

This isn’t incremental change. It’s a reimagining of the SOC itself, and it’s how we believe cyber risk will be managed in the years ahead. Thank you to our customers, Partners, and Pack members for an extraordinary 2025. Let’s build even bigger in 2026!
