Starting Point icon

Application Submission

We appreciate you taking the time to apply. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) partners will review applications and reach out to candidates that stand out at the top of the Pack.

Recruiter Interview

Should your application be selected, a TA partner will reach out to schedule an interview with you. In this call, we’ll talk about the role and get to know you more. Be prepared to chat about your work experience, certifications, and why you chose to apply to Arctic Wolf. Please come prepared with any questions you have that are specific to the role.

Assessment

Various roles, especially within our R&D organization, will require a technical assessment. These assessments vary based on role and may be custom made. We send our assessments via CodeSignal or PDF. Your TA Partner will let you know all the details.

Interview

Your interview process looks different for each department and role. Your TA Partner will review your specific interview process with you. To be successful in all Arctic Wolf interviews, make sure to:

  • Arrive with questions regarding the role. The employees interviewing you do this job daily. This is your chance to ask them any questions about how they enjoy their job.
  • Be thoughtful with your responses. There is no harm in pausing to collect your thoughts before answering.
  • First impressions matter. Make sure to test the Zoom link, set up your background accordingly, and take the interview in a dedicated, quiet space.

Offer

Your TA Partner will reach out about the details of your offer. We process all offers within Workday, which makes it easy to sign and store documents. We know this part of the process results in a big decision for you. We’ll stay connected during the offer process should you have any questions.

Onboarding

Two weeks before your start, our People Experience team will reach out with details for our onboarding program, Pack Prep. We’ll be proud to onboard you alongside new Wolves from around the world.

Keep a Lookout!

Fraudulent Recruiting Warning

It’s important to stay vigilant while you are searching for jobs. Always make sure to double-check email addresses, website URLs, and be wary of suspicious requests.

Arctic Wolf does not use instant messaging applications and will never ask candidates for personal IDs or banking information during our recruitment process. Our TA Partners use LinkedIn for sourcing, and the only way to apply to an Arctic Wolf job is through our Workday careers site.

If you are at all hesitant about a TA Partner reaching out saying they’re from Arctic Wolf, please email us at recruiting@arcticwolf.com.
