TIMING: Black Conference 2026 giveaways presented by Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), begins on August 3, 2026 and ends 4:00pm PT on August 6, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be a 2026 Black Hat Conference attendee, age of majority and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec). - Eligible Black Hat attendees can stop by the AI Café at the corner of 4th and Howard Street to enter for a chance to win exclusive Arctic Wolf prize package each day.Must be registered for the 2026 Black Hat Conference to be entered to win.
- Conference attendee badge will be scanned, the contact information received will be used to inform winners post event.
- The value of individual packages will not exceed $500 each
- You may enter to win more than one time, but may not win more than one prize
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: All rewards/prizes are subject to eligibility verification. Potential winners will be notified by email with instructions on how to claim a reward. The value of a reward/prize is taxable as income; if a winner is a U.S. resident and receives a reward (or multiple rewards from Arctic Wolf within a calendar year with a cumulative) value of $600 or more, he/she , will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide his/her social security number which will be used only for tax reporting purposes as required by law; winners will be issued an IRS Form-1099 for all rewards received in any calendar year where the aggregate value of all such rewards is $600 or more. Failure to respond to a winner notification or properly execute and return any required information/documents within the stated period, or if a potential winner declines a prize, then such entrant will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be determined.
