Sub Processors

Arctic Wolf uses the third-party entities below (each, a “sub-processor”) to process personal data under the terms of our agreement for the delivery of the applicable products and/or services (the “Solutions”).

Arctic Wolf performs annual compliance reviews of its sub-processors, and where the engagement of a sub-processor requires the cross-border transfer of personal data, Arctic Wolf conducts Transfer Impact Assessments in accordance with applicable data protection law for these data transfers. Arctic Wolf imposes obligations on its sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring that the sub-processing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.

For each sub-processor below, processing of personal data will be for the duration of your subscription to the Solutions or for the retention periods as set out in your agreement with us for the applicable Solution.

You may subscribe to an RSS feed or sign up for emails to be notified when we add new sub-processors. You agree that subscribing will allow us to send you transactional communications related to changes to our sub-processors.
