We have provided a summary of the most notable changes to the Master Partner Agreement (MPA). This summary is not exhaustive list. To see all of the changes, please read the full Master Partner Agreement here.

The Master Partner Agreement (MPA) is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs your resale or delivery of managed services of the Arctic Wolf solutions. The updates to the MPA will take effect in accordance with the current terms governing our existing relationship. If you continue to resell or use our solutions on or after the effective date of the updated MPA, or such other date set forth in your agreement with us, you are agreeing to the updated terms.

Updates:
  • We have updated our notice address.
  • We have clarified payment terms to better align with the Program Guide.
  • We have added language to only allow the use of our IP as part of your activities of acting as a reseller or managed service provider and to prohibit your ability to act as a competitor of Arctic Wolf while acting as our reseller or managed service provider.
  • We have clarified the ability for either party to terminate the MPA in the event of a material breach or filing of bankruptcy by the other party.
  • We have added a provision to align the termination rights of the end customer with your termination rights.
  • Throughout the MPA, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.
