Summary of Changes to Solutions Terms and URLs

Our exciting growth has necessitated modifications to our standard contract documents. This notification provides you with a summary of the most notable changes to the following documents:
The Solutions Agreement is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs your use of Arctic Wolf’s solutions. It includes, by reference, our URL terms. The updates to the Solutions Agreement and URL terms will take effect in accordance with the current terms governing your existing subscription. If you continue to use our solutions on or after their effective date, or such other date set forth in your agreement with us, you are agreeing to the updated terms. Solutions Agreement Updates:
- Solutions Agreement (formerly called Master Solutions Agreement or “MSA”);
- EU Data Processing Addendum; and
- Privacy Policy for Portal Users.
The Solutions Agreement is an agreement between you and Arctic Wolf that governs your use of Arctic Wolf’s solutions. It includes, by reference, our URL terms. The updates to the Solutions Agreement and URL terms will take effect in accordance with the current terms governing your existing subscription. If you continue to use our solutions on or after their effective date, or such other date set forth in your agreement with us, you are agreeing to the updated terms. Solutions Agreement Updates:
- We have expanded our solutions offerings and have added or modified terms to address contractual requirements to be able to offer you these new solutions.
- We have added language to allow our customers to beta certain features, functionalities, and solutions that we may offer to our customers.
- We have clarified the confidentiality terms to accommodate the delivery of our new solutions to you.
- We have provided further clarification on the aggregation/anonymization of the data you may deliver to use in conjunction with the delivery of the solutions and clarified, in conjunction with our changes to the Privacy Policy and EU Data Processing Addendum, clarified the access of such data by our employees.
- We have clarified how you may return the EU Data Processing Addendum should it be applicable for your business.
- Throughout the Solutions Agreement, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.
- We have updated our definitions to ensure compliance with the changing requirements within Europe.
- Throughout the EU Data Processing Addendum, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.
- We have expanded the Privacy Policy to address the information we may collect from you and how we may use that information should you choose to use our new solutions.
- We have updated the contact process for any requests you may have about your information or our Privacy Policy.
- We have updated our data location and Privacy Shield provisions to address changes in requirements related to such transfers.
- We have added EU Privacy disclosures to address our processing of data from the EU.
- Throughout the Privacy Policy for Users, we have made changes to improve clarity and address grammar, typos, terminology, definitions, and other similar issues.
