Today, Arctic Wolf announced the launch of our new free security awareness training curriculum that makes essential cybersecurity educational resources available to all in order to help our community stay safe in an ever-changing threat landscape.
This exciting new initiative is a natural extension of our Pack Gives Back program that aims to create avenues and opportunities for our employees to get involved and make an impact for the greater good. By compiling a collection of free resources designed to make security awareness easy to understand and apply for people of all ages, we are sharing our wealth of internal knowledge to give back and make an impact in the communities where we live, work, and serve.
Our free resource catalogue covers the essentials of cybersecurity across several platforms, including informational videos, e-books and podcasts covering the cybersecurity world today. Adults looking to learn more about cybersecurity to keep themselves, their families or their organizations safe should look to our series of video shorts “Cybersecurity 101 – Personal Cyber Hygiene” for fun, brief dives that leverage the power of microlearning to expose the secrets used by the bad guys online.
Parents can bring themselves and their children up to speed on cybersecurity by downloading our online activity book, “Operation Cipher: Security Awareness and You” that’s filled with cybersecurity-focused discussion questions, best practices and awesome visuals. And to stay up to date on the challenges organizations are facing on their security journeys, visitors can listen to the Arctic Wolf Challenge Accepted podcast, hosted by Arctic Wolf’s Chief Information Security Officer Adam Marrè and Vice President, Strategy Ian McShane.
All Arctic Wolf employees are encouraged to give back to their community in any way they can, and this new program is a wonderful opportunity to spread the best practices of cybersecurity far and wide. As we seek to End Cyber Risk, we also intend to be a force for good in the world, caring for our pack members, keeping our customers safe, and giving back to the communities around us, so the world is a safer and better place for all to thrive.
