The Cybersecurity Maturity Capability Model (CMMC) framework comprises maturity processes and cybersecurity best practices from multiple cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and other references established by the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders.
CMMC is the latest security framework mandated by the DoD for any contractor (or subcontractor) that sells into the Defense Department. What’s important to know is that contractors seeking to work (or continue working) with the DoD will need to attain certification. This has led to a lot of questions.
Right now, many businesses are concerned with identifying their level, getting their security capabilities in place, passing their audits, and qualifying for contracts.
We wanted to clear up the confusion, which is why we've partnered with Coalfire to review the Arctic Wolf® Platform to determine its efficacy with respect to the CMMC framework. The findings have been released in a new white paper, which details the many ways Arctic Wolf delivers value for CMMC certification Level 1 through Level 5.
Download this report for an in-depth look at CMMC, gain an overall perspective on Arctic Wolf's value, and learn about the detailed mapping of our capabilities.
CMMC 1.02 was released on March 18, 2002. This guide refers to achieving compliance within this framework. CMMC 2.0 plans have been developed by the Pentagon, we will be updating to reflect the latest requirements.
